Built by the Earl Bishop of Derry in the 1770s, Frederick Hervey, the ruins of Downhill Castle and the remarkably well preserved Mussenden Temple overlook Benone Strand. This magnificent Temple possesses magnificent views onto the coastline and is well worth a visit.
